Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable with beautifully maintained public spaces and rooms. The suite we booked was enormous and very clean, making our family vacation quite comfortable. However, the service definitely fell short, particularly with housekeeping and a few items being out of stock. It would also be great to see a focus on water conservation efforts. Despite these issues, the location by the marina, along with the great rooms and amenities, made it a pleasant stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this resort, located in a beautiful gated community away from the busy tourist areas. The property is gorgeous with spacious, comfortable rooms and nice views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. However, the pool was on the smaller side and tended to get crowded, and I did miss having easier access to shops and amenities in the immediate area.
We had a wonderful 4-day escape at this hotel. The beautiful, tranquil setting was ideal for relaxation, complemented by the upgrade to a spacious suite with stunning views. While the pools were lovely and quiet, the hotel’s distance from the beach was a bit of a downside. Overall, it’s perfect for those looking to unwind, but not great for anyone wanting a bustling atmosphere.
This Westin property has some real highlights, particularly the incredible staff and engaging dining experience. I had a fantastic time with Linda at the Marker 92 restaurant; she was so much fun! However, there were some issues with customer service regarding my room upgrade, which really put a damper on my stay. The facilities were enjoyable and I loved the boat ride, but the overall service could use improvement.
My stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the dolphin watching trip and the convenient shuttle service. However, the pool was small and often crowded, which detracted a bit from my experience. I also faced an issue with noise from the hotel restaurant during peak hours that made it slightly less relaxing.
